Louisville St. Patrick’s Day 5K

Blog Post ArtThink GreenThis is the 18th year for the Louisville St. Patrick’s Day 5K on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17th.  Start the spring out with a run and the Ohio Challenge Series with something green.  This event is presented by the Louisville High School Boys & Girls Cross Country Program. The 5K course is mostly flat. Starting in front of Louisville High School and winding though the scenic Metzger Park, along the Nickleplate Trail and finishing back at the high school.  As always we will have soup and other refreshment afterwords.

NEW THIS YEAR   All 5k finishers receive a very unique Finisher Medal designed by Ashworth awards.   All run participants have the option to get St Patrick’s Day race t-shirt which are offered in men’s and women’s sizes.

Awards will be given for top three overall, as well as top masters and grand masters male and female runners.   Age category awards for top three in the following age groups for running divisions – RUNNERS: 11 & under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.   Awards will also be given for top 5 overall male/female walkers 

All age group award winners will receive a Special 16oz. glass award with the race logo.

New Unique Medal for Cork & Barrel Series!

Medals for Cork and Barrel

We have order a unique medal for the 2018 Cork & Barrel Series.   It has a medal for each race (Dandelion 5K, First Crush 5 Mile, & Maize Valley Beer Run).   Each race will have their own unique lanyard with the race name & date.   The medal will have race name, and the three together are connected by magnet and will stand for display.   As you complete each race you get one of the three medals.   Do all three for the three medal package!   CLICK HERE TO REGISTER!
